End User Agreement

This agreement applies when you receive a software product from Zone Softech under a licence. Custom projects are covered by their own project agreement, which applies where it differs from this page.

Licence

You may use the software for the website, domain or business named in your licence. The licence is personal to you and cannot be transferred without our written permission.

Backups

You may keep copies of the software for backup purposes.

Ownership

Unless your agreement says that ownership passes to you, the software remains the property of Zone Softech and is licensed, not sold.

Restrictions

You may not resell, rent or redistribute the software, or remove its copyright notices.

Warranty

The software is provided as described in your agreement. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from its use.

Ending the licence

The licence ends if you break these terms. You must then stop using the software.
