Our work is custom, so time and effort are committed from the start of a project. This policy explains how refunds are handled.

Project payments

Payment stages, deliverables and cancellation terms are set out in your project agreement before work begins. If that agreement says something different from this page, the agreement applies.

Before work starts

If you cancel before any work has started, contact us and we will review your payment.

After work starts

Payments for work already completed are generally not refundable, because that time cannot be recovered.

Products and demos

Where a demo is available, please try it before you buy to make sure the product suits your needs.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy and will publish the latest version on this page.
