Custom and Personalized Product Policy
Last updated: 11 October 2026
This policy applies to products created using names, messages, photographs, artwork, selections, or other details supplied by you.
Your content
You confirm that you own or have permission to use all submitted text, images, logos, and other content. Do not submit illegal, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or harmful material. We may refuse content or cancel an order where production would be unlawful, unsafe, or inconsistent with store standards.
Check before submitting
Please review spelling, capitalization, dates, names, image orientation, cropping, and selections carefully. We produce the item using the details received. Changes may not be possible after production begins.
Image quality
Use a clear, high-resolution image with the main subject inside the printable area. Low-resolution, dark, blurred, compressed, or incorrectly cropped files may reduce print quality. A preview is a guide and may not reproduce exact physical size or colour.
Production variation
Small differences in colour, position, scale, material, stitching, print texture, and finish can occur because screens and physical production differ. These normal variations are not defects where the item substantially matches the approved customization.
Production time
Personalized items may take longer to prepare than ready-made products. Available estimates appear on the product, checkout, or order information where provided.
Cancellations and returns
Once production begins, a custom order may not be cancellable. Correctly made personalized products generally cannot be returned for a change of mind. If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect due to our error, or materially different from the submitted details, contact us with the order number and clear evidence so we can review it.
How uploads are used
Submitted files and text are used to create and support your order. Their handling is also covered by our Privacy Policy.
Contact
For questions about a design or order, use the Contact Us page before placing the order where possible. This policy should be reviewed by the store operator to ensure it matches current production methods.
